This is the ex-Bill McGrath 1972 2.4S. Originally Light Ivory. it appears to have been painted GP White during its last restoration in 1988. To return it to its original colour we have recommended taking all the paint off, to see what’s underneath and to ensure a perfect base for the new paint.  We achieved this by media blasting

Media blasting really reveals all the work we will need to do to get this car back to perfect condition, although in this case the only nasty surprise is the previous horrible repair to the O/S front wheel well (4th picture)
