The left rear quarter was removed before the shell was blasted. It was in a poor state so Nick removes the spot welds and cuts the welding around the torsion bar tube to remove the inner wing The inside of the chassis is in perfect condition! |

The new inner wing is offered up before welding the spring plate cover bushings and support |

The front wings and doors are fitted and adjusted to get a perfect gap, achieved after 2 days of fine tuning! |

Nick is rolling over the lip of the rear quarter onto the roof rail, achieving a perfect, and I am sure, undetectable, result once the car is painted |
