The motor is stripped to reveal a crank in perfect condition, but one of the cylinders is very corroded requiring a replacement set of good used pistons and barrels |

The crank is checked and measured and found to be well within standard spec. New big end and con rod bearings are fitted |

The heads are cleaned and fitted with new valves and guides |
