We have removed a previous repair to the floor edge to find yet more horror

The bad metal is cut out and new metal put in, before a new floor edge is attached.

The right inner wing has been removed here and the torsion tube removed so that repairs can be made to the corroded ends where the bush sits. New sections of chassis are fabricated as required.

Before work can continue the shell is mounted on the jig

And new sections of inner wing fitted
