This Carrera 2.7 RS replica came in for some minor accident repairs and the cure of a bit of rust, as well as an upgrade to the interior and replacement of the incorrect rear arches. After removing the rusted panels the exterior was media blasted to reveal the extent of the rust damage

The media blasting revealed rather more corrosion than had been anticipated and the decision was made to replace both rear inner wings, the rear cross member, inner and outer sills on both sides, both windscreen corners and nearby parts of the A pillars
